the Maple house story

Built in the 1940s after World War II, this historic residential home helped raise many Chandler families.

space for your story

With 8,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor seating, multiple fireplaces and a stage for live music, the property that once held maple trees, is now ready to hold your story.

Being locally owned and operated means that we not only live in Chandler, but we care about it. We make note of every recommendation, and request that you bring, so that Maple House feels like home.

It's early morning and late night hours, Coffee, tea, beer wine and low ABV cocktails are served all day, every day.

Local and limited

Every moment you choose to spend with us is precious. While we do not have a restaurant kitchen, we source food from award-winning quality-focused chefs like Mark Chacon and Noble Bread. Since they are delivered and made fresh daily, quantities are limited.
